2. About Magic Forest Association

Magic Forest Association is a project dedicated to reforestation and creating a sustainable art residency that combines nature with creativity through tree planting, land art exhibitions, and cultural events.

3. Donations and Contributions

3.1 Nature of Donations

• All contributions are voluntary donations to support our environmental and cultural mission
• Donations do not create any ownership rights in the Magic Forest project
• Donations do not establish any legal obligations on our part beyond project implementation
• Contributors are not entitled to financial returns or profit sharing

3.2 Payment Terms

• One-time Donations: Charged immediately upon confirmation
• Recurring Donations: Charged monthly on the same date as your initial donation
• Maximum Donation: €99 per transaction (EU law compliance)
• Currency: All donations processed in EUR

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a donation, you authorize Magic Forest Association to charge your selected payment method.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Recurring Donations

• You may cancel recurring donations at any time
• Cancellation can be done via the link in your email receipt or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle
• No refunds for already processed payments

4.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your first donation without giving any reason. However, if you expressly request immediate implementation of our services, this right may be waived.

5. Use of Funds

Donations will be used for:

• Land acquisition and reforestation activities
• Development of art residency facilities
• Environmental conservation projects
• Cultural and educational programs
• Administrative and operational costs

6. Website Usage

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes related to learning about and supporting our mission.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Interfering with website functionality
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems
• Using the site for fraudulent activities
• Misrepresenting your identity or donation capacity

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is owned by Magic Forest Association or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. User Accounts

• Account creation is optional but recommended for donation tracking
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for terms violations
• You may delete your account at any time
