## What is Magic Forest?

Magic Forest Association (legal name: Asociacion Magic Forest) is a registered
non-profit association based in Barcelona, Spain. It was founded on January 20, 2025,
and registered with the Government of Catalonia (Registry of Associations, No. 77434)
on April 16, 2025. Its tax identification number (NIF) is G21911227.

## Mission

The association is raising funds to:
1. Buy 10-20 hectares of land in Spain
2. Plant a forest from scratch
3. Build an Art Hub inside it for art, nature, education, science, wellbeing,
   sports, culture, and community

## Current Status

The project is in the **crowdfunding phase**.
